The entrance test of CUCET isn't that tough , since you specifically asked about BSc Psychology, then the entrance test will be held in English, for each correct answer four marks are awarded, and in case of each incorrect attempt one mark is deduced, there will be a total of 100 MCQs from sections such as English/Numerical Aptitude or Data Interpretation, Reasoning, General Aptitude and General Knowledge, you just need to have a strong hold on the basics, that's it but yes, seats are limited here, hence try to give your best efforts, and go through previous year paper in order to get more acquainted with exam pattern, marking scheme, important topics, through regular practice you will be able to know your areas of strength and weakness, and improve your speed, time management skills.

There is no news regarding the opening of Central University of Andhra Pradesh, Anantapur. So it is difficult to tell when the college will reopen. The colleges were closed due to the ongoing pandemic but as the pandemic is coming under control it is expected that the colleges will reopen soon. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information or you can call the college administration so that they will provide you with the latest information regarding the reopening of college.

I hope you know your question is somewhat unclear but I will try to answer it in the best way possible.
If you want to pursue PhD course after you finish your legal studies then you need to qualify in post graduation degree or complete M.Phil in Law in similar stream with a minimum aggregate of 55% from recognised board university & then you can apply for the admission process.
The admission process will be based on an entrance exam. If you have completed LLB degree then you also need to complete the master's degree to sit for the entrance exam to pursue PhD.

NTA has released application form of CUCET on 16th August, you haven't mentioned you want to apply for which course, nevertheless you can check out the detailed information related to eligibility criteria, entrance exam pattern, syllabus, sample paper etc by visiting our page at https://university.careers360.com/articles/cucet, this year there are a total of 12 participating universities offering admission to undergraduate/integrated and postgraduate courses, and central university of karnataka, and tamil nadu are included in it, visit the official website at https://cucet.nta.nic.in/WebinfoCms/Page/Page?PageId=1&LangId=P to know more details regarding this.
See there are no official notification for the reopening of the campus for Central University of Andhra Pradesh for any of the courses. So you should wait some times for the official notification (if any). Its probable that a third wave of covid is approaching to India as a result there are possibilities that the classes will be online as its going on. But lets see what happens and what GOI takes decision.

University of Madras offers both LLM (Masters) and Ph.D courses. For Masters (LLM) you need to be a LLB graduate and for Ph.D course, you need to be a Master's Graduate. For any of the courses, the admission process is same. You need to visit the official website and fill the application form. Later you will have to give an entrance exam.

Outstanding facilities, including WiFi in the library, lecture rooms, and laboratories. Beautiful surroundings and tidy living quarters. Every classroom has a smart board for interactive learning. Infrastructure and education was in high level.
Yes madras University has a huge campus, and surprisingly all the classes have lights and fans which is surprising. It has mediocre canteen facilities, the campus is moderately clean but it could be cleaner. Parking facility is available for staff as well students.
