Infrastructure is good. Almost every department have lecture halls with ventilation,smart boards,and projectors. Library is modern and stocked with latest and oldest book,journals. High speed wifi,sports complex

The professors are highly qualified but there are lack of professors in the department. They complete course before deadline.Copy checking is very hard they give various types of assignments. But don't provide internship .

There are in certain department in which placement provideds like chinese, Japnese, French German, Italian, Russian ,In agriculture and computer science but are are lack of companies. Placement cell is not active,so other departments don't provide placement.

Visva bharati university has a great infrastructure . It has many deparment , canteens , there is libraries in each deparment but it also has a central library , it also has hostals , sports centres and a clean hygienic enviroment

I'm studying french , the quality of teaching is excellent . Every deparment in our collage has more than 3 professors . Everyone enjoy studying beacause the quality of them teaching great . It makes job-ready.

Our university has few placement . The placement is average . The salary provided in the placement is very low . The average salary is less than 3-4 laks alp . Many company has visited but with very low salary

My University has most of the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment required for academic and extracurricular activities. The campus is well maintained, and most classrooms are clean, spacious, and air-conditioned. Many classrooms are equipped with projectors and other teaching aids, and Wi-Fi is available in most parts of the campus and hostels too. The university has a well-maintained Central Library with a large collection of books and digital resources. In addition, each department has its own library to meet the academic needs of students. The science laboratories are well equipped with modern instruments. Although I have not visited them personally, my friends from the Science Department have told me that they are well maintained and regularly used. The university also provides good sports facilities. There are grounds and courts for volleyball, basketball, badminton, and other games. Some hostels also have gym facilities for students. The hostels and other living spaces are generally clean and maintained properly. However, the quality of food served in the canteens and hostel mess needs improvement. While the food is usually hygienic, its taste and overall quality could be better. Overall, the university offers a good learning environment with adequate facilities for students.

I am pursuing a B.A. (Honours) in German at Visva-Bharati University because I have a strong interest in learning foreign languages and exploring different cultures. I chose this university mainly because of the excellent reputation of the German Department and its faculty. The quality of teaching is outstanding, and I feel fortunate to learn under experienced professors, especially Professor Romit Roy, whose teaching style is engaging, practical, and inspiring. In my department, the faculty members are highly supportive and always encourage students to improve their language skills. In some other departments, there can be a language barrier because a few professors and Ph.D. scholars are more comfortable speaking Bengali. However, they make a genuine effort to communicate in English and sometimes Hindi so that students from different backgrounds can understand the lessons. The curriculum is updated regularly every semester and academic year to include recent developments in the field of German language and literature. I believe the course provides a strong academic foundation and many opportunities to develop practical skills. The department also invites companies and organizations for campus interviews and recruitment. Ultimately, becoming job-ready depends on the student's own dedication, while the faculty provides excellent guidance and support throughout the course.

From my department, I know two seniors who received job offers from Amazon with a salary package of around ₹7 LPA. I have also seen a senior from the French Department receive a package of approximately ₹9 LPA. Although I do not know the highest package offered by the university overall or the exact percentage of students placed, there are regular placement opportunities across different language departments. Clean and spacious classrooms with Microphones and Big Projector Screens for better understanding. Active Practical classes, Field Works and classes are taken frequently. Canteen serves cheap but good quality food. Both Department and the central libraries are really accessible and helpful.

Studied Masters in Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology and the quality of teaching is very good as classes are regularly and strictly held as per schedule. Curriculum is well updated and supports practical works. Projectors are used for better understanding and faculty are really helpful towards students.

Placements are scarce as our field requires higher education (eg. PhD) for placements. Still, the department provides various paid and unpaid internships which are really helpful for our resume and CV.

The yearly tuition cost in our department is 7500 and I personally feel like it is definitely worth it as it builds up my understanding about this field and also provides us with various workshops and internships outside the campus to get an overall knowledge.

Faculty are very friendly and supportive. Students are also very attentive about classes and also workshops, seminars and internships. The department and campus are pretty safe and beautiful with lots of greenery. It also can handle various medical emergencies of students and other faculties as the University Hospital is close to the department. Immediate help is available.

OUR COLLEGE CONSIST OF FIVE FLOORS WITH A HUGE SPORTS GROUND WHERE EVERYONE USED TO PLAY AND SPEND THEIR MAXIMUM TIME .THERE ARE VARIOUS LABORATORY FOR DIFFERENT STREAMS.THERE USED TO BE HALLS FOR VARIOUS EVENTS.

THE STUDY FOR HUMANITIES AND OVERALL THOISE SUBJECTS ARE GREAT.ABOUT THE SCIENCE STREAM I DONT HAVE MUCH TIME .IT WAS THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT UNIVERSITY.THE FACULTIES ARE TOO GOOD AND FRIENDLY WHICH HELPS THE STUDENT TO STUDY MORE INTO SUBJECTS.

BEING IN A PLACE LIKE SHANTINIKETAN THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST COLLEGE SO ACCORIDNGLY PLACEMENTS ARE GOOD FOR STUDETS WHO GETS GOOD CGPS. THEY DESERVE TO BE PLACED IN A NICE PLACE. OVERALL AVERGAE STUDENTS HAVE TO STRUGGLE A LITTLE MORE.
