While admission through management quota might be possible, it involves higher fees and does not qualify for free fee reimbursement. Therefore , it would be wise to consider other colleges with cutoffs matching your rank or prepare for entrance exams like VITEEE next year to improve your chances at VIT-AP or similar institutions.
