48 MonthsB.Sc (Agriculture) Honors programme is offered by School of Agricultural Sciences (SAS), Kalasalingam University. Students are equipped with both practical as well as theoretical knowledge to meet the needs of Agriculture. The graduates after completing their degree are eligible to go for various government and private sectors like Banking sector, Agricultural Officer, Agriculture and processing industries, become an entrepreneur as they gain good practical knowledge, they can pursue their master degree, prepare for civil service examination.
Eligibility Criteria
- A Pass in Higher Secondary(+2 / Intermediate) of State Board, CBSE, any other Board of Education recognized by State and Central Government with an aggregate of 50% and above in Mathematics,Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Physics, Chemistry, Biology with a fourth (elective) subject viz., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry and Home Science./ Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
- Lateral Entry :For Lateral Entry programs, Diploma course in the relevant field of specialization with an average 60% marks in pre-final and final semester is a must.
Admission Details
Admission of the students is on the basis of performance in the Entrance Examination of Kalasalingam University.
