Aligarh School of Nursing (ASN) is the only institute that was set up in Aligarh during the year 2020 with the sole aim of providing nursing education. It is a co-educational institute that is located at Chherat, Sudiyal Kasimpur Road, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The college is an affiliated institution as well that possesses INC approval. It currently runs with four nursing programs out of which two are degree awarding and two issue diplomas.

Aligarh School of Nursing has a wide range of facilities available for students. Separate hostels are designed for boys and girls on the campus to provide the most comfortable accommodation for the students. The library is well stocked with over 3,000 nursing selected books, 90 print journals, and 25 print magazines forming a rich reservoir for the education of nursing. A well-equipped library is always available to the students, most of the time till late. A health center with first aid facilities is also found within the institute, which is required in a nursing school. There are sports facilities and a well-equipped gymnasium for the physical well-being and overall development of the students. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled, supporting digital learning, and has an auditorium for events and seminars. In addition, the campus has a canteen with facilities to cater to the students' and staff's nutritional requirements. Additionally, a transport facility is available to reach campus from or to convenient travel between city points. 

The Aligarh Institute offers in total four full-time nursing courses catering to the diversifying nursing education levels. It provides two undergraduate degree courses in B.Sc Nursing and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing; it offers two diploma courses, General Nursing and Midwifery, and Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM). The sanctioned intake of students in all these courses put together is 150 per year. 

This nursing school seeks to induct qualified students into various courses on nursing through its admission procedure. Affiliation with the Indian Nursing Council at its facility also gives the impression that the education there is at a level to meet national standards.
