Archana College of Nursing is one of the finest institution in the field of nursing located in PATHANAMTHITTA DISTRICT of KERALA, SOUTH INDIA and was started in the year of 2004. This coedu college affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences provide quality nursing education through its four acre campus. Recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) the college provides quality health care education. The total enrolment of Archana College of Nursing is 150 students and having 19 faculties making it a perfect environment suitable for nursing students.

Archana College of Nursing has various infrastructures that can help improved the learning process of the students. A modern library with first-class facilities for teaching and learning meets the purpose of the knowledge center necessary to support learning in nursing schools and colleges, and fully equipped laboratories are crucial to offering hands-on training that’s important in nursing education. The campus consists of two different hostels for boys and girls to provide accommodation to students coming from different parts of the country. There is a health centre equipped with first aid tools which would handle any emergencies. For the physical health and recreation the college has been provided with gym, and sports facility. Modern learning methods are facilitated by the IT structure; an auditorium also accommodates various functions and seminars. A cafeteria, therefore, prepares healthy meals for clients; there are also guests’ rooms for visiting faculty and or family members.

Archana College of Nursing currently offers one full-time course: The degree plan recognisable today as the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing). This is a four academic year programme which admitted 60 students per year but our plan as a college is to ensure that we maintain a good student teacher ratio. The B.Sc Nursing programme aims at offering theoretical background knowledge and skills required inpractice for the preparation of a nurses.
