B. Parameshwarappa Arts and Commerce College, Holalkere, Chitradurga, Karnataka State, was started in 1976, and it is an affiliated college. Located along the National Highway NH-13, this has been offering educational services to the people in the region for over forty years. Located on a sprawling 8-acre piece of land, the college is now accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). B. Parameshwarappa Arts and Commerce College offers two full-time undergraduate programmes. Examples of pre-vocational degrees include the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.). The BA programme intake is much higher, with 180 seats, while the B.Com Programme has 60 seats. Both of them take three years and award the students with a complete education in their specialised area.
