This affiliated college, approved by AICTE, offers several types of diploma courses necessary to cater to the ever-changing industry demands. The polytechnic offers five specialised diploma courses, each three years in length, in various fields of engineering and technology.

Diploma in Interior Decoration: The innovative course too admits 60 students. Admission applicants have to sit for the JEXPO examination. The course prepares students in interior design and decoration.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering: The diploma course in electrical engineering accepts 60 students on the basis of their performance in JEXPO. It offers thorough training in electrical systems and technologies.

Diploma in Mechatronics: This inter-disciplinary course amalgamates mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering. It has an intake of 60 approved students, where admissions are made through JEXPO.

eligibility criteria for the admission to this college is-

Must have passed the Secondary (Madhyamik) Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with English, Physical Science/Science and Mathematics among others as subjects securing at least 35% marks (no rounding off) in aggregate as per AICTE norms excluding the marks of the subject taken as additional.
