BES Institute of Technology (BESIT) calls itself an educational institution established in 2003 and situated in Bangalore, Karnataka. This affiliated college is located in the premier residential area of Jayanagar and has been molding the young engineering talent in the society for almost two decades. It is accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), which means that it takes its responsibility in catering quality education seriously. The institute occupies a compact but well-laid 4.4 acres of area with all facilities and infrastructure well planned to support the learning process. For this purpose, the BESIT has a cadre of 26 dedicated faculty members conducting a variety of diploma programmes, all directed toward producing competent professional engineers in various fields.

BES Institute of Technology is an affiliated college of the Directorate of Technical Education, Bangalore, ensuring that it adheres to the parent college curriculum, academic guidelines, and quality standards in technical education. The quality of BESIT is supported by well-equipped laboratories, which meet the requirements of the Director of Technical Education (DTE) as well as the industry requirements and provide students with both theoretical and practical exposure simultaneously. BESIT at present has four diploma programmes. These involve various engineering disciplines, which gives students to have several ways through which they can be employed. The institute has an entry capacity of two hundred and forty students in total, so that each course will accommodate sixty students. These diploma programmes are offered in the following fields: Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Each of the courses is developed to lay a solid groundwork for the subject matter area, while also preparing the student for a world of increasing reliance on technology.
