Shri Jhulelal Mahavidyalaya Science College is an secular college for boys and girls which was founded in year 2003 at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, it is an affiliated college known for its focus on course in teacher education. Affiliated to National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) the college is committed to providing quality education with a faculty of sixteen efficient teachers. Located at Laxmi Gunj Road, Samadhiya Colony, Gol Pahariya the college is convenient to students from different parts of Gwalior and the nearby regions.

Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) course is of two years duration with an intake capacity of 50 students, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course also is of two years duration. Both programmes are focused on the education majors and preparing students for a teaching profession. 

As for the admission policy at Bhagwan Shri Jhulelal Science College, the admission is based on the acquired marks for the courses, and examinations and tests. For the D.El.Ed programme, the admission are done according as the policy is provided by the state government or UT administration. This pattern follows the same as the one above but has university guidelines as well as criteria for the B.Ed admissions.
