Bharath College of Education, Kadapa, was basically established in the year 2002 as one of the leading institutions in the field of education. It is sited at Buggaletipalli Village, Rayachoty Road, C.K. Dinne Mandal, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, offering specialised teacher training programmes through this co-educational college. This institution, being an affiliated college, has got recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education. The Institute is presently offering two regular courses: Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education with an approved enrolment capacity of 140 students and a faculty strength of 8.

Bharath College of Education runs its curriculum with a focused approach through two major courses designed for those who want to bring about a difference in the field of education. The two-year full-time Bachelor of Education, B.Ed course, has an approved enrolment of 100 students. The Diploma in Elementary Education, D.El.Ed is also a two-year full-time course with an approved enrolment of 50 students, working towards preparing educators for Primary and Upper Primary levels. 

The Bharath College of Education has laid down a merit-based and transparent admission procedure. Admission to the B.Ed. programme shall be based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, subject to any other selection process as prescribed by the State Government of Andhra Pradesh or affiliated university. In the case of D.El.Ed., the admission process will be on a merit basis, with marks from the qualifying examination and/or entrance test results taken into consideration. This enables deserving candidates to follow their dreams of becoming teachers.
