Bharathiar University PG Extension and Research Center is located in Erode and was established in 2017. The college hs an aim of nurturing young minds with the knowledge about different fields with the help of various curses offered to them. The college with its specialised faculty provide the students with new methods of teaching and education.

Bharathiar University PG Extension and Research Center offers a number of facilities for the students. A well equipped library is maintained along with a wide range of books for the students related to the field of study as well as extra knowledge. Apart from this, the students are also provided with IT Labs for better communication and habit of technology. Bharathiar University PG Extension and Research Center currently offers only masters programmes to the students. The courses offered are MBA, MCA, MA, M.Sc. Bharathiar University PG Extension and Research Center admissions are based both on merit as well as entrance examination. Apart from MCA, all other courses accept merit and thus requires the students to have qualified 10+2+3 from a recognised university in a relevant field. For MCA, the students are required to clear TANCET.
