This co-educational college has been shaping its future teachers for more than a decade.  Bijoy Pal Memorial B.Ed. College has only one full-time course in its concern and that is the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program under Teacher Education. This is a two-year program with an approved intake of 100 students per year, which narrows down to the concern of carrying out education service with the least number on a quality basis.

Bijoy Pal Memorial B.Ed. College shall admit students to its programme following the policies strictly as laid down by the state government, UGC, and the affiliated university. Admissions are made on the basis of merit, i.e., marks in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, or through other selection processes specifically designed by the state and university.
