Binoy Sadan B.Ed. College, established in 2015, is located at Jhargram, West Bengal; this institution is affiliated. The college covers an area of 2.5 acres with a built-up area of, exclusively built for women's teacher education and is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education. The student enrolment is 297 in total, while the faculty strength is 31, hence providing a concentrated learning environment to the prospective educators.

The admission process to Binoy Sadan B.Ed. College is merit-based and subject to the directions of the State Government and affiliated university. In respect of the B.Ed. programme, admission shall be on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or performance at an entrance examination. For the D.El.Ed. programme, admission will also be based on merit, with marks from the qualifying examination and/or the entrance test results taken into account.
