CERT College of Law, Meerut was established in the year 2017. This is a very young institution for legal education. Situated in Uttar Pradesh, India, the college is on a sprawling 20-acre campus along NH-58 Partapur Bye-Pass. The institute is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

CERT College of Law is well-equipped with modern facilities that facilitate learning for the students. The college has a highly sophisticated auditorium that has a seating capacity of 500, with a professional acoustic system highly ideal for conducting national-level symposia and conferences. The library system consists of a central library and five departmental libraries that support the teaching, research, and extension programmes of the institute. The IT infrastructure of this college is indeed impressive. Five computer laboratories, well-equipped with about 500 computers, are interlinked by a LAN. Internet bandwidth for the LAN stands at 10 Mbps. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled and provides access to digital resources 24/7. This college has only one course: Bachelor of Laws, LLB that takes three years to be completed as a full-time programme.

This focused strategy enables the institution to focus its resources on delivering quality legal education. The LLB programme at CERT College of Law was developed with 120 approved intake positions, thereby covering a considerable number of intending lawyers yearly. The programme has been structured to equip the students with a broad understanding of different subject matters in law.
