CBS-IMR or Chetan Business School Institute of Management and Research commenced in the year 2011, is a famous educational centre located in Hubli, Karnataka. This affiliated college, recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) provides optimum management education in its tiny 1.03-acre fertile area. CBS-IMR has a total of 141 students enrolled and has 14 members on the faculty side, which makes the learning process more personalised. The institute has two postgraduate degree programmes, MBA and MCA, with an approved strength of 240 to 120 students.
CBS-IMR (Chetan Business School – Institute of Management and Research), Hubli, is affiliated with Karnataka University, Dharwad (KUD), and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The institute has some of the most equipped faculties, which are essential for the academic achievement of the students. With the library, students have access to several present day’s contemporary books, journals, periodicals, etc., in addition to a covering stocklist based on the syllabi, along with periodicals that can inform the students about current happenings. A special mention should be made of the IT facilities – air-conditioned computerised labs containing more than 300 computers in four labs equipped in such a way as to give the students the most up-to-date technologies to use in their study processes. CBS-IMR also focuses on the good health of the students and includes a sports complex and a health club with professional trainers and necessary accessories, including professional lifters। For academic and co-curricular purposes of the college, there is an auditorium with a seating capacity of three hundred for seminars, convocations and other students’ activities.
CBS-IMR is offering its MBA programme, which is a full-time, two-year course with a strength of 120 students. The curriculum is intended to equip the students with adequate knowledge of several management disciplines.
The CBS-IMR admission policy is therefore meant to get the right candidates into their MBA programme. Analysis shows that students are screened on the basis of CAT/MAT/XAT/KMAT/ATMA and Karnataka PGCET conducted at the national or state level. For, government quota seats, only the scores of Karnataka PGCET are entertained, and, for, management quota seats test scores of all the exams mentioned are entertained. Infrastructure is good. My department is the best infrastructure Wi-Fi, library in all department. And canteen also good. And at the time of ranking. Campus is look very beautiful u can see easily rainbows. Hostel are also very good food is so overall its average.

The building of the college is very good. Chetan college is provides projectors and the best quality sears in all the classes, as well as the lab in which we perform our textile projects and a computer lab for our stitching project. Hostels also have good infrastructure.

The college has excellent infrastructure, including a proper mess that serves food four times a day. The food is delicious, and they even have special food for special occasions.
