Chirang Polytechnic is situated in Chirang, Assam, and is a growing one as it was established only in 2020. This affiliated college, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), is devoted to imparting technical education. Located on 21.48 acres of land, Chirang Polytechnic provides three diploma courses in the engineering stream.

Chirang Polytechnic has got many amenities for the better provision of education to their learners, as shown. The college library is an essential facet of learning needs and performs as an information centre to supply varying forms of knowledge to the students. Realising the need for practical training, Chirang Polytechnic has established department-wise laboratories for the practical sessions with respective areas. Moreover, the college has provided outstanding IT facilities in every programme to equip students to meet the future challenges in the computerised world. As of now, the Chirang Polytechnic runs three full-time diploma courses, all of which take three years to complete. The courses offered include a diploma in agricultural engineering, a diploma in civil engineering, and a diploma in electrical engineering.
