The College of Education, Greater Noida, was established in the year 2004 with the prime motto of shaping the future of education. This affiliated college in Gautam Budh Nagar District of the state of Uttar Pradesh has gained much recognition in the teaching field of education. This is an NCTE-approved institute; hence, the teaching training programmes, which this institute offers to students, are as per the national standard. With a faculty strength of 16 experienced educators, the institution provides an ideal environment for aspiring teachers.

This campus has a host of amenities for the all-round development of students at College of Education, Greater Noida. Separate boys' and girls' hostels are available for students coming from faraway places for comfortable living in the institute. The well-stocked library houses an average of 12,000 books and 1,200 titles ranging across a wide spectrum of pedagogical and methodological areas in teacher education. The College of Education, Greater Noida, is a single-range teacher education institution. Currently, the institution offers three regular courses: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Master of Education (M.Ed), and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). The sanctioned intake for the one-year B.Ed. course is 100 seats, and for the two-year D.El.Ed., it is 50 seats. The one-year M.Ed. course completes the trio of courses that the institution offers.

The admission procedure at College of Education, Greater Noida, is merit-based, considering the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.
