The College of Horticulture, Bagalkot was started in the year 2008-09 it is one of the constituent colleges of university rung horticulture EDUCATION & RESEARCH. The policy was started in Simikeri Cross, Udyanagiri, Bagalkot, Karnataka and the institute is a co-educational one that occupies a vast area of 100 acres of land. Affiliated to the Indian Council for Agricultural Research (ICAR), the College of Horticulture is developed with multi-disciplinary courses related to horticulture and various allied fields. It provides 5 programmes to students at 2 degree levels of study focusing on different aspects of horticulture covering fruit science, landscape architecture and many more.

Some of them are Agrosaw, Myron L company, white wagon private limited, central Biotech pvt Ltd, Prospex Technologies, National Fertilizers limited etc come to our university every year for campus interview. They offer minimum salary package of 3.5 lakh per annum and the highest salary package of 7 lakh annually.
