Crescent College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kannur, started in 2003 is one of the recognized institute for providing health care education especially in the field of pharmaceuticals in the south Indian state of Kerala. Operating under the approval of the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) it is an affiliated college situated in Madayippara, Payangadi. Having a campus size of 7.8 acres, the college provides various programs in the pharmaceutical line for its 396 students. The student to faculty ratio is good at Sharda University as the Institute has total 36 faculty members. These are students that enrolled in the college, it has 65 male students, and 186 female which shows that the college embraces the co- education with a lot of emphasis on women in the pharmaceutical industry.

The college has several of these facilities that help improve learning and personal development of the students. The college library is well equipped and centralised source of knowledge where students get all kind of pharmaceutical literature and research materials. The functionality of technology in the institution is outstanding due to the good information technology available that prepares students for technological advancements in the pharmaceutical industry. To enhance practical experience the college has Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Chemistry laboratories in which students can practice firsthand essential to their future professions. The campus also has separate hostel facilities for the male and female students to enable out station students to have a comfortable accommodation. A cafeteria, a transport facility, and a sports facility form a part of its overall campus. The college possesses an auditorium which is used for representation of different programs and seminars for people’s improvement and college’s development.

The objective of this institution is to offer extensive pharmaceutical courses depending with the level of study. There are four full time programmes offered at the institute; these programmes include undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Smaller courses that are offered within the faculty include B.Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy), D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy), Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy), and M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics. Postgraduate, M.Pharma Pharmaceutics has a total of 9 seats The M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics has 9. Universität Master’s Programmes for the personalised postgraduate whose curriculum vitae is headed by a Ph.D.
