Dev Polytechnic College, Ambala was established in the year 2008 and is an affiliated college located in Ambala, Haryana. The co-educational institution has the approval of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offers various engineering and technology diploma programs. The college provides 6 diploma courses with an enrolment of 141 students each and a faculty strength of 28 members. The Dev Polytechnic College provides six diploma courses across various engineering disciplines, covering the multifarious interests of aspiring technicians and engineers.

The college has a host of facilities to make the learning experience of its students better. The approximate built-up area of the library is 200 sq m having 3,500 volumes and subscribing to approximately 100 journals and magazines to induce a good academic research and study environment. The campus functions with 75 computers in its computer laboratory and the college has signed a certified campus agreement with the Microsoft Corporation. It has an arrangement of hands on learning by providing well-equipped laboratories for electronics, mechanical engineering and physics labs with modern features and equipment. The college is also focused on students' welfare with separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. 

There are six full-time diploma programs, all running for a duration of three years each.
