Another new institute which has recently established its ground in the city of Pune, Maharashtra is Dr. D.Y. Patil Unitech Arts, Commerce, and Science College, Tathawade, which has been conducting courses since 2018 onward with its undergraduate streams across three streams, that is, arts, commerce, and science streams. The area covered by this compact college campus is 2.75 acres, and there are 20 faculty members who have dedicated themselves for this esteemed institution.

Dr. D.Y. Patil Unitech Arts, Commerce, and Science College is also dedicated to giving reflected in its buildings. The well-provided-for library serves the role of a storehouse of knowledge and academic sources of high standards are kept available for students. Modern apparatus and apparatus-based departmental laboratories help aspirant scientists to learn through experiments and practical working. Patil Unitech Arts, Commerce, and Science College, wherein 3 full-time courses are offered, namely Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (B.Sc). All the above courses last for three years, whereby the students are completely qualified and well-equipped with knowledge in their respective fields of specialisation.
