East N West Teachers Training College, Saharsa (est. 2010) is a guiding factor for the excellence of education in Bihar, India. The East N West Teachers Training College offers merit-based admission to the B.Ed course will be made through a Combined Entrance Test (CET-B.Ed) to be conducted for all the B.Ed colleges of State Universities of Bihar. This entrance test is conducted every year by any selected State University of Bihar, according to the decision of the Governor's Secretariat. The D.El.Ed course has a different mode of admission, whereby the candidates are chosen on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examination and entrance examination, as per the policy decided by the state government/UT administration.
