Gajraj Singh Polytechnique, an emerging technical institution situated in Jamuniya, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, was established in the year 2018. This affiliated college, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, AICTE, provides diploma courses in the engineering stream. Located in a small area measuring about 4.2 acres, the institute is now admitted with a total of 304 students and 38 faculty members. Gajraj Singh Polytechnic offers three courses at diploma level that are available for full time: civil, electrical, and mechanical production engineering to fulfil the need of technicians and engineers in the country.

To provide detail of its facility, Gajraj Singh Polytechnic has equipped a number of standardised amenities to enhance the teaching-learning process. Classrooms are spacious and appropriately furnished with whiteboards, LCD projectors, and audiovisual systems, which makes the learning environment free from interferences. Every class is also equipped with cameras to ensure that students are secure and to monitor their conduct. Presently, there are three full-time diploma courses offered at Gajraj Singh Polytechnic, and all of them are regular courses. The total enrolment approved for the institute is 300 seats for the three specialisations offered at the MBA level. All of the 304 enrolled students for the most recent academic year were carrying their diplomas at the institute, meaning students’ occupancy of the institute’s seats was optimal.

The process of admission in Gajraj Singh Polytechnic is very simple, and the admission is given according to merit. Candidates who wish to join any of the offered diploma programmes must write the Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics (JEECUP) offered by the Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP), Lucknow.
