GD Mishra Institute of Higher Studies, Buxar, Bihar was established in the year 2016. This is a co-educational institute. The institute sprawls over 1 acre of campus. The affiliated college is approved by NCTE. The institute offers two full-time courses in education, catering to a total student enrolment of 194. In the case of both B.Ed and D.El.Ed courses, admission is strictly based on merit, that is, on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. In some cases, an Entrance Examination or other selection procedures will also be considered, subject to state government policy of Bihar and the affiliated university.
