Geeta Institute of Education, Panipat, was established in the year 2008 with an aim to be one of the leading educational institutes in the state of Haryana, India. The co-educational institute is an affiliated college, accredited by NCTE. It is located at NH 71-A, Naultha, Gohana Road, Panipat, and offers a variety of education-centric courses. With a total enrolment of students at 235 and a faculty of 16, excellent conditions are available at the Geeta Institute of Education to help in creating a focused learning environment for future teachers. This institution offers three very different types of degree courses that address the different stages of teacher education and impart adequate career guidance in education.

This institution has a whole range of facilities aimed at making a student's life most enjoyable. Under the policy laid down by the State Government, University, and UT Administration, admission to B.Ed. and M.Ed. Admissions to the courses in the Geeta Institute of Education shall be strictly based on merit. Admission to the B.Ed. and M.Ed. courses shall be provided on the basis of merit from the qualifying examination, entrance examinations, or whatever selection procedure as laid down by the appropriate authorities. Admission to the D.Ed. course shall be in correspondence with and on the merit basis, counting the marks in the qualifying examination and entrance examination result.
