GiES is one of the top private institute situated in Barwani established in the year 2008. GIES offers 10 courses for two different degrees and the number of enrolment students is 377. In terms of engineering courses, the institute is endowed with both Virginia under graduate and diploma courses. GIES offers 6 BE programs and 4 Diploma courses, all of which are for full time education. The BE programs take four years to complete and the Diploma courses are completed in three years. These programs are available for different specialization areas of engineering and equip the students with all round job prospects in the technological sector.

The basic entry requirements used for admission in GIES are JEE Main score for BE programs have been standardized on the JEE Main examination results. Being national level exams these are some of the measures that prospective engineering students have to undertake.
