Government Medical College, Miraj was established in the year 1962 and the foundation stone was laid by the then President of India Hon’ble Dr. S. Radhakrishanan in Physiology. The institute is also known as GMC Miraj. Government Medical College, Miraj was formerly known as Miraj Medical College. The college began its functioning with 30 students in the two old buildings of the former Miraj Christian Medical School. Government Medical College, Miraj offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses to the students.

It's a government college......the infrastructure is very good....the classrooms are big in size and have smart classes......they are fully air conditioner......the college have labs libraries which are very helpful to students...
Have a question related to GMC Miraj ?
Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination. Last year the cut off for Genral category was 583 Marks, 12257 Rank.
So it's expected this year also the cut off will be around 580 marks try to score around 600for safe side, if you're willing to pursue MBBS In Government Medical college Miraj.
