Government Polytechnic, Kulsari, was established in the year 2013 as an affiliated college in the very scenic village of Kulsari, Chamoli district, Uttarakhand. The technical institution is AICTE-approved and imparts diploma programs in the fields of engineering with a faculty strength of 2 members & student enrolment of 105 offering quality education in a serene environment. Government Polytechnic, Kulsari, presently runs two full-time diploma courses in Civil Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering, hence fulfilling the ever-increasing demands of technicians in these fields.

The sanctioned intake for the Diploma in Civil Engineering is 60 and for the Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering, it is 30. The courses have been designed in accordance with the requirements of the employment market so that at the end, students graduating from these courses come out with sufficient skills and professional knowledge in their respective disciplines.
