Government Polytechnic Nanakpur was established in July 2018. GP Nanakpur is a co-ed college that is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The Government Polytechnic Nanakpur campus is spread over 10 acres and has all the essential facilities for the students. GP Nanakpur offers diploma courses in various Engineering disciplines.
