    About Grace College of Pharmacy, Palakkad

    The Grace College of Pharmacy was started in 2001 at Kodunthirapully, Palakkad, Kerala. This affiliated college provides different pharmaceutical programmes of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) in different specifications. The college is located in a 5.09 acres area of land and has a total enrolment of students 402 and has total faculties 38. Grace College of Pharmacy offers six courses spread in three degree levels and fields of study, covering basic B.Pharma, specialised M.Pharma with different streams, and professional Pharm.D for different career goals in the pharmacy practice.

    The Grace College of Pharmacy has placed a policy that asserts student’s rights to a favourable learning environment and equally equipped learning facilities. The campus facilities include well equipped laboratory among them being that laboratories with rigorous instruments enable the students to gain practical experience in pharmaceutical sciences. The college library is an excellent information resource centre which follows up and updated with plenty of books, national and international journals, and reference books. They been able to get internet facilities for easy conductance of literature search that improves the students’ research skills. Grace College of Pharmacy has separate hostel accommodation available for boys and girls that make students to feel at home.

    Grace College of Pharmacy has in total seven courses, and all of them are a full-time programme. These include one undergraduate programme, namely B.Pharma, four postgraduate programmes namely M.Pharma in various specialities and one doctoral programme, namely Pharm.D. In total, the college has an approved carrying capacity of 130 students spread over all the courses offered by it. The first level of pharmacy education, B.Pharma, which is basic to have deeper Study of Pharma world has the largest inflow of students with 60 seats. There are 10 seats for M.Pharma offered in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacy Practice, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Pharmaceutical Analysis courses, 30 students intake for Pharm.D programme.
