Special school:– Hindustan Institute of Engineering Technology Polytechnic College Since its inception in 1966 HIET is recognised as one of the most renowned educational institutions situated in Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu. Located in a 25 acre of land, HIET is a central place to learn and offers various diploma courses in engineering. The institute has a linkage with the DOTE and it is approved by the AICTE, which makes it provide quality education and as per the norms of the country. HIET has a sanctioned strength of 548 students and faculty of 51 member which defines its conducive environment for prospective engineers.
