If you are in the top grade of colleges such as IIMs, then your starting salary will be easily around, INR 20 Lakhs per annum. If you are pursuing MBA from other reputed private colleges, then your salary package can be around, INR 10-15 Lakhs per annum. If you pursue MBA from any low to below average graded MBA college, then your initial salary can be around INR 5 to 6 Lakhs per annum. These are decided by the reputation of colleges.
