Established in 1966, the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, Dehradun is the constituent unit of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Department of Space, Government of India. Indian Institute of Remote Sensing currently offers the Postgraduate, PG Diploma and Short Term Certificate programmes. At the PG level, IIRS Dehradun offers M.Tech and M.Sc programmes.
