Located right behind the S.P Office in Khapabhat, this is government run college is set in 9 acres of campus area. They college is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) which authorities various technical education. As an institute of diploma, it has two course offerings to meet these changing needs of the industry and its clients. The college has strength of 3 faculty members to groom the Graphic technicians and managers of the future.
