Indira Priyadarshini Government Degree College for Women (IPGDC), Nampally was established in 1981. It is a government college situated in the city of Hyderabad to provide higher education. The college is affiliated with Osmania University, Hyderabad.
The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses in Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Science and Commerce streams. IPGDC courses are B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, M.A. and M.Com, taught in English and Urdu mediums.
The fees and eligibility criteria vary depending on the course. Candidates must meet the IPGDC eligibility criteria before applying for admission. IPGDC admission to UG courses is offered based on the merit marks secured by candidates in the qualifying examination through the DOST portal of the Telangana Government.
Whereas, for PG admission, candidates have to appear in the Common Post Graduate Entrance Test (CPGET) of Osmania University, Hyderabad. IPGDC’s admission procedure involves filling out the application form, preparation of the merit list, seat allotment, document verification, fee payment and seat confirmation.
The college has a Career Counselling Cell to guide students about career choices. The students can avail of several scholarships provided by different departments of the state and central governments.

My is best but some facilities are poor infrastructure is good and our has green board facility and it is very pleasant and we has three computer labs library is there but we find only subject book their wifi connection is not available for my college their is no hostel facility my college is maintained neatly but washrooms are some what unhygienic
