Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences Balasore was established in the year 2005 by the Mothers Educational & Charitable Trust. The IPS Balasore College is affiliated to the Odisha State Board of Pharmacy (OSBP), Bhubaneswar and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. The institute is also recognised by the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Odisha.
