Yes you are eligible to give NEET again. However, you have to pay the entire course fee of 5 years if you want to leave the course mid-way.

Yes if you were absent for that semester exam then you can give exams for that after wards. The absentee gets arrear or backlog and they will have to complete that before ending the course. Once you clear all subjects then only final degree will be given. You can ask

The infrastructure of the college is very good and providing a better environment. Wi-Fi facility, library, medical services, sports, etc., are available.
