CUET PG which stands for Common University Enteance Exam- Post Graduate, is an entrance exam for post graduate or masters degree programs. You can give this exam only after pursuing your bachelor's degree or in your third year of bachelor's. Since you are still in class 11th, I recommend you to enjoy your school life and upcoming college life and start preparation for CUET PG in your 2nd year of college.

Yes,you can apply for 3rd counselling even after 2nd counselling.There is no problem if you apply for 3rd even after 1st amd 2nd counselling.If you get admission in any college in 1st and 2nd counselling it is ok.If you are interested in that college you can apply for 3rd counselling. And one important thing is that if you get admission in any college in 3rd counselling that college will be final and you cannot change the college.
