Jang Bahadur Singh Patel Degree College is located in Jalalpur Kasba, Allahabad, in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The college has been affiliated and working for the cause of students since its inception in 2004. The college has few faculty members, with an allowed intake of 520 students, to create intense interaction among students. This affiliated college is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college offers a focused approach to teacher education. 

At the moment, the facility grants only one degree programme, which goes to show the level of proficiency in the discipline of elementary education. The college is endowed with a number of facilities that are supposed to be of assistance and support to the learners for them to enjoy their time and learning atmosphere. Jang Bahadur Singh Patel Degree College has one full-time course—the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), with a sanctioned intake of 100 students per year for two years, providing a testimony that the college yet continues with a focused and quality-based environment.
