This affiliated college is duly approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and offers a co-education system for studying diplomas in different streams of engineering. The institution is based on a vast 31-acre campus, having a total student enrolment of 2,161, with a faculty strength of 68. Kingston Polytechnic College offers six diploma courses in different specialisations to the diverse educational needs of would-be engineers in this region.

    The college is dedicated to providing a conducive learning environment with a host of facilities supporting growth in academics and other aspects of the personality of students. The library extends over an area of 4,000 square feet of storage space and an additional reading area twice that big, with over 20,000, carefully chosen titles apart from the latest journals and periodicals. The laboratories, like the Strength of Materials Lab, Thermal Engineering Lab, and CAD/CAM Lab, are well-equipped in pursuit of practical learning. It also has a very spaciously built 200-people capacity auditorium, most suitable for educational meets, conferences, and workshops. There is a centrally located cafeteria that caters to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals to students at very student-friendly prices. In case of any medical emergency, a safe, well-accessible medical room with all the necessary facilities is available.

    These programs are based on different disciplines of engineering, providing students with a robust foundation in respective fields.     This college library equipped with many books, including meticulously chosen titles and latest journals and periodicals. The college has a sports complex with facilities like a basketball court and cricket ground. Laboratories are well maintained. Canteen and cafeteria's food are good.

    College infrastructure are good well maintained. We got all the necessary equipments there. They have laboratories library which is very helpful for us. Wifi also available here but I didn't find any smart board here.

    The infrastructure is very good if you compare with another polytechnic college. We've great library and great workshop or laboratory in our college. Hostel facility available only for girls. Canteen food is average.
