KLE Society’s Arts and Commerce College, Ankola, was established in the year 2000, which falls under the Karnataka University as an affiliated college. This institution is located near the bus stand on Sundar Narayan Temple Road and has initiated a systematic method towards realising the objectives of higher learning, focusing on arts and commerce. With a total student enrolment of 357 and a faculty of 7, the college offers a favourable environment for learning. 

KLE Society’s Arts and Commerce College, established in 2000, is affiliated with Karnataka University, Dharwad. It offers undergraduate programmes in B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc. KLE Society’s Arts and Commerce College is equipped with various amenities that can improve the learners’ learning process. A resource centre is a library with the maximum amount of books, periodicals, journals, computers, CDs, educational audio-video aids and other printed materials. The infrastructure of information technology is well developed, with more than thirty computers with broadband internet access to allow the student to acquaint themselves with modern technological systems. To cater to the needs of college sports enthusiasts,  the college has made available assorted facilities. In exercising general discipline, physical education is conducted in order to maintain discipline, cooperation and tenacity. The campus has dedicated hostels for both boys and girls for outstation students to provide them a safe and comfortable stay.

The institute offers two undergraduate programmes. Full-time undergraduate programmes include the Bachelor of Arts (B.A) and the Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.); both programmes take three years. B.Com and B. A programmes are structured to build students’ fundamental knowledge in chosen disciplines to help them advance to more elaborate studies or careers.
