KLSD College of Pharmacy, Mainpuri, to gain almost an entry into a very prior diploma program to a newly established bachelor program, admissions and placements for the D. Pharma course are done without entrance tests, on the basis of merit.

At present, a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma) program admits 60 students every year. The two-year course provides students foundational knowledge and practical training in pharmaceutical sciences.

Both July and August are together considered as admission months. Interested candidates can log on to the official website of the college to stay updated with the schedule of admission capabilities and criteria. Admissions may also be on the basis of entrance tests either conducted by the institution itself or through relevant state levels of pharmacy entrance examinations.

Students with Physics, Chemistry and either Mathematics or Biology as a subject with aggregate marks of at least 50% in 10+2 Examination is one of the procedure defined for admission by the institute since it evaluates the groundwork of students in relation to pharmacy education.

Application Process

1. Admission Announcement: To acquire information regarding the admission process, the candidate must check the official website of the college.

2. Application Form: The Application Form should be filled online and submitted through the school's website or the same can be collected at the college office.

3. Document Submission: The application form has to be submitted together with:

   • 10th and 12th mark sheets

   • School leaving certificate

   • Character certificate

   • Passport size photographs

   • Any other documents as stated by the college

4. Entrance Examination: Take the entrance test if there is one, or submit valid scores of a state-level test.

5. Merit List: The college will use the marks of the entrance exam (if applicable) and/or qualifying examination to prepare a merit list.

6. Document Verification: Originals of the documents submitted by the short-listed candidates must be verified.

7. Fee Payment: Entrance is only confirmed on payment of statutory fees.

8. Orientation: To be attended by the successful candidates on the Program induction and campus orientation.

Degree-wise Admission Process

D. Pharma Admission Procedure Start and Completion:
The D. Pharma admission procedure shall be conducted for 60 seats and the following are the criteria for selection of students.

• Educational Qualifications: O and A Levels with Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics/Biology.

• Entrance Examinations: Entrance tests for pharmacy may be conducted by the college or on the basis of valid scores for any pharmacy entrance test of the state level.

• Merit Basis Selection: On the merit basis of aggregate marks as per A Levels.

The knowledge shared and experience gained during theory and practical laboratory training prepare students for many different roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
