KMCT Dental College and Hospital was started in the year 2006 at Kozhikode, Kerala is one of the recognised dental college in the state of Kerala. The college is a 6-acre campus affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences and recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI). It has equally has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in a bid of ensuring quality education at the university. The KMCT Dental College has a total strength of 563 students and 141 teaching faculties, providing about 9 courses in two degree categories in dental science specialisation.
Some of the amenities make it possible to support the current instructional programmes in the KMCT Dental College and Hospital : The central library has a hall area, approximately 8500 sq ft with a collection of 6000 books and more than 100 national and international journals for the students’ use.
