Kota College of Pharmacy, Kota, was established in the year 2004, is one of the famous pharmacy College in Rajasthan, India. Established in the RIICO Industrial Area, Ranpur, this college is co-educational that offers a number of pharmacy courses at different levels. Located at a 1-acre small, well-protected area, the institute is integrated as an affiliated college of PCI or the Pharmacy Council of India. Kota College of Pharmacy is a focused institution with a total student Enrolment of 294 and the faculty strength of 27 members. Currently it has 5 courses in its portfolio for 4 levels of education, Bachelor’s, Master’s, Diploma and Doctor’s degrees in pharmacy, covering the spectrum of educational wishes of its learners.

Kota College of Pharmacy currently has a number of infrastructures that are aimed at improving learning environment of students. Spread over an area of 2000 sq meters the library is one of the most important academic resources containing more then 7000 books of national and internationals pharmacy journals, project reports and dissertations. In addition, the college has functional, professionally equipped laboratories relevant to every department of the college. The campus includes an auditorium for other events and seminars to enhance the academic environment on campus. Some of the facilities available for students are sports facilities used for physical activities, (a)catering services for feeding the students are provided by a canteen. 

Kota College of Pharmacy provide variety of pharmacy courses for its students. These included five courses offered full time, these were B.Pharma, D.Pharma, M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics as well as Pharmacology, and a Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) programme. The B.Pharma programme is the flag ship course and has a total of 100 intake capacity and the D.Pharma course has 60 intake capacity. Mandatory as they are for imparting professional education, the postgraduate courses which include M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics and M.Pharma in Pharmacology have affordable student Intake capacity of 12 and 9 respectively.

The admission process of Kota College of Pharmacy entail some examination known as RUHS Pharmacy Admission Test that is controlled by Rajasthan University of Health Sciences. This entrance exam is an entry point for the desired students to enrol B.Pharma and D.Pharma courses.
