The Late Kedari Redekar Ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya, Gadhinglaj, is the premier institution of Ayurveda education. This affiliated college was started in the year 1999. The college having a campus of 6.3 acres, is situated in the MIDC Area of Shendri Mal, Gadhinglaj, Maharashtra. The institute, run by and approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicine, offers manifold Ayurveda-orientated programmes. With a total student enrolment of 415 and a faculty strength of 78.

The Late Kedari Redekar Ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya, an affiliated College of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, has offered various types of courses in the department of Ayurveda. The institute offers one undergraduate course, Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery; and 11 postgraduate programmes, all full-time. BAMS has an intake capacity of 100, and the postgraduation programmes have a different intake capacity.

Late Kedari Redekar Ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya admits students on the basis of merit and approves candidates in accordance with guidelines issued by the concerned authorities. In the case of the BAMS course, general admission is first given to those who have secured good marks in the National Eligibility and Entrance Test. The postgraduate admissions happen via the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Post Graduate, NEET PG, and via the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test, AIAPGET.
