Mahamaya Government Polytechnic of Information Technology, Gorakhpur, was established in the year 2008 and is a technical institute situated in Hariharpur, Khajani, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. This is a government college of polytechnic located at Belgaum spread over 5. 29 acres of land and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The institute provides three diploma courses in emerging areas of technology for a total student enrolment of eighty. At present, the institute has a team of 13 faculty members who are fully committed in their respective fields to provide quality education to the students in a conducive environment, as the institute provides a student-faculty ratio that is comparatively small.
Mahamaya Government Polytechnic of Information Technology is equipped with several newly-acquired facilities, which would serve as a centre for learning and for the overall development of the students. The well-stocked library could in fact act as a centre for the acquisition of knowledge as well as resource acquisition for the students.
