Mar Sleeva College of Nursing is one of the leading inter-disciplinary college in Kottayam, Kerala started in 2005. This affiliated college has been catering to the need of producing healthcare professionals for almost two decades after it was approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). Located on a small 5 acre, the college provides various programmes in nursing for the total students it hosts 231. The nursing school boasts of a total number of 30 well-posted members in the faculty and thus a small student to faculty ratio which contributes to more interactive teaching and learning.

The total courses at Mar Sleeva College of Nursing are seven programmes, which include the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. By designing four full-time programmes, the college intend to meet every aspect of nursing education needs. At undergraduate level, the renowned B.Sc Nursing programme has annual intake of 80 students at the college and at Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, there is an admission capacity of 25 students. The postgraduate offerings are the M.Sc programmes in Medical Surgical Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Community Health Nursing, and Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing while the number of seats available in each course is from 1 to 4 so, the training is intense.
