Mathabhanga Government Polytechnic, established in 2019, is a relatively new technical institution located in Cooch Behar, West Bengal. Situated at Sitai More, this government-owned polytechnic is an affiliated college approved by the All India Council for Technical Education. The institute offers three full-time diploma courses, each of three years' duration, catering to students interested in pursuing technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Tele-Communication Engineering, and Packaging Technology.

All facilities are available in the polytechnic, which helps in developing students both academically and personally. The library acts as an ideal resource center, stocking wide ranges of technical literature and reference books. In support of theoretical studies, the institute has established departmental laboratories that help equip students with practical experience and skills in their related fields.
