Matrix Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, was set up in the year 2008 situated in Cheekatimamidi Village, Bommalaramaram Mandal, Nalgonda District, Telangana. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved institute has been serving as a talent development facility in technical disciplines for more than a decade. Matrix Institute has faculty strength of 41 committed members that has been established to offer undergraduate engineering programmes in response to the growing needs of technology industry.

At present, Matrix Institute of Technology provides five B.Tech programmes that are to be completed in four years of full time education. The total approved student admission capacity of the institute for these courses is 300 students out of which Electronics and Communication Engineering has the maximum capacity of 120 seats while the rest other three programmes having 60 seats each.
